About Me

Hi! I am Ulrike Niemann, a native of Germany.  My first name is German too! So, please feel free to call me "Uli"!  I grew up in the eastern part of Germany - being separated from the western and even more modern part of that country.  After the turnaround we were able to watch U.S. related movies.  I'll always remember "Miami Supercops" - from that I fell in love with Florida....!  
As a child, I always moved my furniture, repainted my walls and re-decorated my room.  
I studied architecture in Germany and graduated with a Master's degree. Besides the daily routine as an licensed architect, I also graduated as an expert in fire prevention.  
But what I love most about my job is walking through an almost completed construction and finding the right color and interior for each project.....
And - here I am today! 
Living in Orlando with my family is maybe the greatest experience to me! And as a Realtor, I am able to be a working mom, to meet interesting people, to walk through different properties and to get ideas of what people may like or not!
